I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was absolutely heavenly - the bed was so soft and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional.
Food for breakfast could have had more options.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and enjoyed a smooth check-in process. the decor of the hotel is truly luxurious, with unique and exclusive amenities, such as an indoor swimming pool, that exceeded our expectations. the room was spacious and comfortable, featuring elegant room advantages and private facilities.
the overall service compensated for it, and the Spa & wellness centre is still worth a visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful, especially with transportation needs. The hotel's location right in the center of town was perfect. We were able to easily access all the main attractions in this city, as it was very close to the center of Old Vienna.
There was nothing we didn't like.
